
Shipping Returns & Refund Policy
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [5-10] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, email us immediately at within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos.

Most of our products are eligible for return & refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged with all its labels, tags completely intact with original packaging are eligible for returns / exchanges.
Return / exchange period lasts only for 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period we will not be able to accept return / exchange.
You will have to send us an email about the product at [email protected] or Whatsapp at +91 9811-860-960. Once your request for return is approved, you will have to ship the product at our address. After receiving the product and successful quality check, the refund / exchange will be initiated.

Once the quality check is done of the returned product, the refund will be transferred to your account within next 24 TO 48 hours.
